Returns
We need to know that something is coming back. We also need to know if you are returning the goods under the 7 day policy, or if the goods are defective. If the goods are within the guarantee period we will either replace or have them repaired and send them back to you. Please do not return any goods that are out of guarantee.

Please let us know by e-mail at returns@allthingsipod.co.uk. Please give us your name, order date, the item you ordered and the order confirmation number.

All goods may be returned to allthingsiPod for a period of up to 7 days of their receipt for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied. The goods must be in such a condition that we can resell them if they are not faulty, i.e. in the original un-damaged packaging. Please check that the item is compatible/suitable for the model of ipod of which the accessories is purchased for. However due to the structure of the site if we feel the site mislead you to purchase an incompatible item we will review these occurrences individually. This policy is upon condition that the goods have been used solely in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction literature, that the goods have not been subject to misuse or accident or been modified or repaired by anyone other than an employee or authorised agent of AllthingsIpod.

In the unlikely event of goods supplied being faulty, they should be properly packed and returned immediately to AllthingsIpod via the postal service or a reputable carrier of your choice.

Please note that the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend that you send them by registered post, retaining proof of postage.
Goods are returned at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This applies to goods that are supplied to UK and Republic Of Ireland addresses only, this policy only applies to residents of the UK or the Republic Of Ireland.

This policy is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your legal rights.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit" or “make payment” on the final page of our ordering process.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Cancellation Right
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

Gift Wrapping
We are unable to offer a gift wrapping service at present.
